Balcony room nice. Shower so small ,but made it work. Ship staff were awesome . Lack of fresh vegetables on menu was sad. When offered such as coleslaw or cucumber salad in main dining a tablespoon was served and usually hot and wilted and flavorless. Desserts were very sad . Whipped topping is not Mousse . Overall ship well maintained ,Captain praised staff and and rightly so. Good ...

We’ve sailed with NCL for years, always a great experience. We’ve also cruised with several other lines We choose to stay with NCL because of the “freestyle dining” We’ve booked the Haven once , the owners suite twice all the others have been suite balcony or standard balcony’s We also booked a cruise for the Mediterranean in November prior to boarding the jade … may have to rethink it ...

We enjoyed our cruise and overall had a good time. The itinerary was great, the crew friendly and helpful, the activities were diversified. The ship was sold out and very crowded at times, especially the pool and early dining times. Without a reservation the waiting time to enter any Main Dining Room before 8 pm was at least 30 min. Lines to enter MDR would form long before opening time. Once, ...

This 11 day cruise was a lot of fun. Most of the staff was great. We found the guest service staff not as friendly as the cabin steward, bar and wait staff who were all very friendly. o’Sheenans, which is the only restaurant open after 10 or 11pm, was not very good. The food was pretty bad and the service was slow and not friendly like the other restaurants on board. The Jasmine was wonderful. ...

On Jan 12, my husband and I boarded the Celebrity Constellation for a 12 night cruise. We had been notified that the previous cruise had contacted norvovirus. Therefore the boarding process would be delayed while they did an extra level of cleaning of the ship. We finally boarded and wait until around 2:30 in the afternoon when the crew announced that all cabins were clean and we were free to ...

Major regrets after taking this cruise

This cruise was in no way worth the cost! The food was at best average, including at Chops Grill & Giovani’s, the entertainment was completely lame, the nightclub was not in use for most of the trip, except for a couple of lame late night brief events. Given that there is only one stop on the trip and most of the time spent is onboard and at sea these factors were major factors in our ...

Honestly, I chose this cruise for the price and convenience… Tampa is our favorite port to cruise from, close to home, covered parking garage across the street from the port. I booked an inside cabin on the 12th deck about five months ago, after I sent full payment, I read about 30 awful reviews about the ship… I was so disappointed that so many people had such a bad experience… and I was really ...

We chose this ship as we were very tight on dates and it was a good deal for what we were able to do. The ship is small and old but overall well maintained and rooms (we had a j suite) seem nice enough. The embarkation process was smooth despite I forgot I had "the key" and could have skipped some lines. The staff on board is just amazing: everyone is always silencing, helpful and they ...
