We’ve booked the Haven once , the owners suite twice all the others have been suite balcony or standard balcony’s

We enjoyed our cruise and overall had a good time. The itinerary was great, the crew friendly and helpful, the activities were diversified.

This 11 day cruise was a lot of fun. Most of the staff was great. We found the guest service staff not as friendly as the cabin steward, bar and wait staff who were all very friendly. o’Sheenans, which is the only restaurant open after 10 or 11pm, was not very good. My wife became ill on the cruise and had to see the medical facility. She was diagnosed with COVID and a bacterial infection. The medical staff were incredible. Guest services, medical, housekeeping, concierge and butler were all incredible attentive afterwards and appeared to be genuinely concerned about her wellbeing. We have cruised loyally with NCL for 13yrs; over 78 nights on cruises; 7 different cruises. Each year, the guest experience has been slashed while the price has gone up. Yet, we still think the next cruise will be better. But I think we are done with NCL.
Our recent sailing on the Jade was just a blatant lack of concern about the guest experience.

Service nearly everywhere was very good to outstanding. The waiters we had in the MDR worked very well to get our table of 4 were very well taken care of and consistently out in about an hour and 15 minutes. Food is generally very bland. This is true for the Garden Cafe (self-service buffet) as well as the "included" restaurants. We were on the NCL Dawn for a 14 day Caribbean Cruise. There is lots to report regarding our disembarkation. It was the absolute worst ever. It seems there was a big problem getting the normal gangway in place when we arrived at the port of Tampa.
