It was around hurricane Idalia and we were supposed to leave out of Tampa. The city closed down and the coast guard couldn't clear the ship to dock on time to pick us up on the day of. I chose this cruise because it was leaving from Tampa and because of itinerary. Serenade of the Seas needs to be dry docked and refurbished! The staterooms are OLD and worn out. No shampoo or bars of soap for shower. Only liquid soap dispenser marked Shampoo AND Body Wash No Wifi except for the Royal Caribbean app and even that was inconsistent.
