This was our first cruise with Celebrity, having cruised in the past with RC, NCL, and Princess. Our booking was messed up through the travel agent and we wound up booked in an Aqua Class cabin. I chose this cruise because it was leaving from Tampa and because of itinerary.
Serenade of the Seas needs to be dry docked and refurbished! The staterooms are OLD and worn out.
No shampoo or bars of soap for shower. Only liquid soap dispenser marked Shampoo AND Body Wash
No Wifi except for the Royal Caribbean app and even that was inconsistent.

I booked this cruise as a 75th birthday gift for my husband and from start to end it has been a disaster.
1. Bathroom - mold and dirty
2. MDR - food cold, uncooked or burnt. Service was poor.
3. Standing water in Balcony -swept from the 10 floor.
4. SPA - standing water and dirty towels in the Persian Garden. Also they took our robes with my sunglasses. Lost my sunglasses.
