Not What We Had Hoped For!!!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Overall, I would say this was an underwhelming cruise. Our departure was a mess with the ship being delayed into port with fog. They bused us to a mall to wait with no communication as to when we could look to get onboard. We were walking around a mall for 8 hrs., then we got on a bus, they made us get off the bus, the buses left, then returned 90 min later. It was 8pm at night when we finally got ...

Dramatically Disappointing

This was the 9th Celebrity cruise for me; the 2nd on the Constellation. My first experience with cruising was with Celebrity on a Mediterranean with my mother in September 2004. I was so impressed with the level of service, food quality/presentation and the entertainment that I encouraged my husband to go with me on a Eastern Caribbean with Celebrity on the Millennium in 2007. He was hooked! We ...

I booked this cruise as a 75th birthday gift for my husband and from start to end it has been a disaster. 1. Bathroom - mold and dirty 2. MDR - food cold, uncooked or burnt. Service was poor. 3. Standing water in Balcony -swept from the 10 floor. 4. SPA - standing water and dirty towels in the Persian Garden. Also they took our robes with my sunglasses. Lost my sunglasses. 5. ...

Celebrity used to be a Great combination of Tradition & Value

We are in our 60;s and pretty active. We opted for this cruise as the itinerary was far more interesting then the usual carribean . It included the Caymans, Cartegena, Panama, Costa Rica , Cozumel. I would have really appreciated 1 more port such as Belize or Havana (guess not possible) Have always loved Celebrity and the combination of tradition and value, especially on the millennium class ...

My wife and I had not been on a cruise for several years and were just about to schedule one when COVID hit. We chose the Panama Canal trip as we wanted to go places that we had never been before and the canal was an opportunity of a lifetime! Due to the nature of this cruise there were only 2 port days, on in Limon, Costa Rica and the other in Grand Cayman. Organization for Limon was well done ...

8 night Panama Canal Cruise on Carnival Pride

We chose this 8-night cruise onboard the Carnival Pride for one reason: the Panama Canal. A Panama Canal Cruise has been on our bucket list and we were thrilled when we discovered this cruise fit into our schedule. We are frequent Carnival cruisers, but we were a little apprehensive about the age of the Carnival Pride. The Pride showed its age, but I loved the nostalgic feel of the ship. ...

This was our first cruise back after the Pandemic slowed down. Once we cleared the mandatory Covid test at the port we boarded quickly and with lots of well wishes from the staff we passed. The ship was spotlessly clean. The staff was extremely happy to have us on board! There were only about 900 passengers on board, so there was never a wait for anything. Restaurants had immediate seating, ...

Lack of pre-cruise notifications 1 We were not told of the covid infections on previous cruise and only found out from back to back passengers and crew, although we could be sent multiple emails about things for sale 2 We were handed a sheet as we boarded that mask where required at all times 3 Some ports where pay to get off ship (you had to buy a Celebrity excursion to leave ship and ...

Having had a lovely cruise in Sept aboard the Millenium we were looking forward to this B2B in the Caribbean. There was a bit of confusion at the port with times not being well marked until port personnel started calling by entry time. After that a breeze, we were in our cabin 28 minutes from Uber drop off. Our cabin changed from deck 7 as we had anticipated, we were placed in a lovely cabin on ...
