Ship was good size and crew was friendly and courteous except for shore excursions who was curt and rude. Rooms were clean and newly redone. Entertainment was very good.

We recently sailed the Norwegian Star from Tampa on January 13th, 2012. The itinerary consisted of a day at sea, followed by port calls at Roatan (Honduras), Belize City, Costa Maya, Cozumel, followed by a final day at sea.

Check in for the cruise was VERY VERY slow and painful. The check in staff told us they were having problems with wireless access and apologies were given profusely.
