This is our third cruise, and our first with Norwegian. We booked a Oceanview cabin for this 7 day cruise, our previous cruises were both 4 days long and we booked Inside cabins. Very disappointed in the overall NCL experience. Our ship was older and small, but that was the least of its problems. Food was awful and service was sparse. Sadly, NCL Dawn is just a vehicle to get to fun port destinations. As a pretty frequent cruiser, and latitudes member I must say we have seen a steady decline in NCL. The Dawn does not really honor the latitudes program that they promise to loyal repeat customers. The service is good, despite the obvious staff cutbacks.
