We found the guest service staff not as friendly as the cabin steward, bar and wait staff who were all very friendly. o’Sheenans, which is the only restaurant open after 10 or 11pm, was not very good. My First time on the Dawn and the first cruise in three years because of pandemic. Norwegian is a great line, but the Dawn needs improvement. The ship seemed short-staffed. We chose this cruise because it departs from Tampa. The day of embarkation was hectic; fog closed the port for 8 hours, so we could not board until 6 PM.
