We chose this cruise because it sailed from Tampa and was less expensive than other cruises for this time and itinerary. However it was a very disappointing cruise in many ways.

Pre-cruise: We flew in the day before and stayed at the Courtyard Tampa downtown. Our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend.
Embarkation was quick and painless. We had 11:30 to 12:00 check in time. We arrived right about 11:30 and were onboard shortly after noon. We didn't have to even sit in the terminal to wait.

This ship was worse than sailing in a row boat. We were mid ship on the 6th floor in a suite and all day and night this ship shook and tugged in the water like it had a bad engine.
The room steward had several rooms to take care of. This may be the reason for frowning when we said we wanted our room cleaned twice a day. It was very never completely cleaned or dusted.
