I have been on over 10 cruises using 5 different cruise lines over the years. We were invited on this cruise with a group. I would not have chosen it but, then I thought, how bad could it be? I chose Carnival because (1) I have never sailed on Carnival and I had been on 7 cruises prior and (2) because Tampa port is close to home so I didn't have to spent money on port parking or a hotel the night before. This ship is awful. Our 9th cruise, we know what to expect. Guest relations were terrible. The people on this ship just didn't want to help. From guest services, to house keeping (one day our room wasn't touched) to the cruise director (when is it funny to make fun of people who get hurt).

The crew was fairly polite, but I got a huge bruise from from one of their doors closing on me and smashing into my back. I also had to walk past a wall with vomit on it everyday to get to my room.
