We chose this cruise because we had always wanted to go through the Panama Canal. We only could take two weeks off from work, so this was the cruise we chose.
This was a repositioning cruise for the Miracle, but Carnival also billed it as a Panama Canal cruise.
PROS:
Our stateroom (an obstructed view balcony) was large enough for two people and kept well cleaned and stocked by our ...
The itinerary was great.
The ship smaller then most. But never crowded. Our cabin was great our cabin steward was wonderful. She always had fresh ice and wine glasses clean cabin and fresh sheets and bathroom immaculate. we booked an interior cabin. nothing fancy but met our needs. carnival is very good at utilizing all space to the customers benefit. Lots of room closet and drawer space. Our ...
My daughter and son-in-law did a Carnival Cruise for their honeymoon two years ago in October and loved it so much they wanted us to join them on a Carnival Cruise. Hurricane Darian caused us to have to leave a day early but we had already planned to arrive in Tampa that day and spend the night, so we just drove from NC as planned and boarded with absolutely no problems despite only having birth ...
We had a great time on the Miracle. The embarkation and disembarkation was easy and quick. The ship is in good shape but is ready for Dry dock. The only negative was ship vibrations and toilet water at times was messed up. Our room steward was outstanding as were our wait staff in the dinning room. The 2.0 upgrades should make this ship one of the best. We did get some art and the staff was very ...
We had an absolutely wonderful time on the Miracle.
We purchased Faster to the Fun for the first time, and it was completely worth it. The priority embarkation and debarkation, the dedicated guest services line, and the priority tender were worth every penny.
Embarkation was very easy and quick. We did get immediate access to our rooms around 12:30, but our luggage wasn't expedited. I'm ...
Embarkation in Tampa on the Carnival Miracle was the fastest and smoothest of our 10 cruises we have been on. We literally where on the ship enjoying buffet 15 mins after our Uber dropped us off at the port. No waiting at all - just straight through. The boarding arrival appointment time is a great touch. Ours was 11:30-12:00.
The ship is an older ship and is in need of a refurbishment to ...
Cruising the Panama Canal was on my husbands bucket list so this cruise was a birthday gift for him and our 29 year old son. This was my 28th cruise with Carnival and the second time on the Miracle so I'm not new to evaluating what works and what doesn't on these ships. I've sailed pretty much every class as well.
The Ship - So the Miracle is not the newest or my favorite. But it was a ...
Cruised with my 20 YO Granddaughter. Had a great time despite having very few younger people on the ship. First time to Panama Canal. Tampa embarkation is a little more difficult to me having to park across the street but ok. Got right on the ship. Cabin was in good position on the ship but Cabin steward was not the best I ever had. Enjoyed the entertainment. Food was adequate but not ...
My husband and I recently cruised on the Carnival Miracle and had a great time. The ship itself is very ornate and gawdy, but that is part of its charm. We found the common areas to be kept up and well maintained. Embarkation was not as smooth or fast as a Royal Caribbean cruise I had recently taken, but was not horrible. We had a fifth deck balcony cabin that was spacious enough with a ...
This was our 7th cruise 4th on Carnival. It was a great experience. Not the biggest ship and not the smallest. Ship is well kept and food was good. Best part is no lines like others. Our waiter Narcisco was awesome. Our room steward unfortunately was awful. He was never around and didn't clean during the set times. We are used to twice a day and we received one a day and varied between ...
