Ship smelled like cigarettes and pot. The only workers that were nice to us were the person cleaning our cabin and our server. Almost every night there was people dosing off by the pool because they had too much to drink. Deffenetly not family friendly. The Only fun we had was when we got off the ship at Bimini and Nassau. A mediocre cruise experience overall.
Pros: Cabin steward did a good job. Nice whiskey selection. Gym is nice (especially the steam sauna in the locker room). Cigar room is great. Sushi restaurant was pretty good.

We had a great experience a few years ago on the Breakaway so we just assumed it would follow into this cruise. Not the case......... We had 10 of us on this cruise ship and all feel the same.

My wife became ill on the cruise and had to see the medical facility. She was diagnosed with COVID and a bacterial infection. The medical staff were incredible. We have cruised loyally with NCL for 13yrs; over 78 nights on cruises; 7 different cruises. Each year, the guest experience has been slashed while the price has gone up. Yet, we still think the next cruise will be better. But I think we are done with NCL.

We have been in other ships through carnival and the experience was amazing. That was not the case this time. Our room was disgusting. We had blood on the walks, bathroom floors, and bed sheets. The room smelled like mold and the floors were wet/ damp due to the moisture. Bathroom smelled horrible- like a litter box that had not been changed. Mold everywhere.
