Review for a South Pacific Cruise on Norwegian Spirit

Australia, New Zealand is why we chose this cruise. We were not disappointed by the ports although due to weather we had to MISS 2 PORTS!! I was so excited to sail on Norwegian as their reputation was that they were above a lot of the cruise lines that are in the same class/cost. We had always cruised Carnival. The good: The ports! The ship was completely renovated and clean. Really ...

Fantastic Voyage of a Lifetime - 3 Cruises Back to Back to Back

Review for a South Pacific Cruise on Carnival Splendor

Carnival Splendor had three cruises that lined up nicely. South Pacific, Moreton Island and New Zealand. We booked all three with the same cabin. Once we got on board for the first cruise we didn't unpack for 25 days! It was an epic journey, and with all the activities and port days, we had an incredible time. The staff were amazing and did anything and everything to be sure we were well ...

My daughter paid for me but I loved this trip. Previous cruises were boring with nothing to do and just so you know I'm not fussy, The RC cruise I was on had three (3) people turn up for Bingo and my friend and I were 2 of those. same fro craft class. I was the only person who turned up. On the Splendor I was spoilt for choices. The food was not super super fancy in the buffet but still ...

#NCLSpiritoftheSeason #norwegiancruiselineauz #NorwegianSpirit Wow just had an amazing time being shown the Norwegian Spirit. NCL Australia organised a competition that gave the lucky winners a chance to go onboard and see the newly refurbished Spirit, it included a full ship tour, dinner and a show. Firstly, a HUGE thank you to so many people involved in this promotion as it made ...

I like this size and type of ship

I chose the trip for the itinerary, but also like this size of ship. I prefer ships which can go through the older locks of the Panama Canal and prefer ships without water slides and amusement park type rides because I go on the cruise ships for the places they visit and the convenience of living on the ship between shore visits. I also like having the smaller number of people on the ship, ...

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Coral Princess

Being my first cruise post covid lock down, and our very first princess cruise, I had very high expectations. I have only previously sailed with Royal Caribbean and found the 12 night Queensland cruise and its ports on offer from princess very appealing. Once we boarded the Coral princess the high standards of its crew started to show. The crew were always very happy to see and greet you as ...

80s cruise, best fun on a cruise ship

The 80s theme Cruise My wife and I grew up in the 80s and a chance to be reminded of those days was too good to pass up. There was also a cancelled 80s cruise early in the pandemic that we were trying to make up for. This was our first 80s cruise so we were not quite sure what to expect but some online searching to look at previous 80s cruises gave us an idea of how to pack and what to ...

As this was the first cruise after a two year break I booked this cruise on a whim and glad I did. The ship looked beautiful inside. The furniture and décor was bright and new looking. I think the ship may have been only 70% full due to Covid protocols which made it pleasant at the bars and much easier to find a seat to relax. We had lunch at Angelo's, Dragon Lady and Waterfront and ...

Half a cruise!

Review for a South Pacific Cruise on Seabourn Encore

User Avatar

After four Seabourn journeys, I can say the experience is so enjoyable that I have no interest in trying other cruise ships. Comfort, food, service etc all first class. Furthermore I make three points: (A) whoever thought up and/or designed the Town Square concept should be given a double bonus; (B) the system operated by the banks where one’s account is automatically closed down ...
