Was just off Brilliance of Seas, so decided to try out Resilient Lady whilst still in Sydney. Took 2 cruises. Cabin was huge. Ocean view and I liked it better than second cruise, with balcony. Hammock on balcony was different and encouraged me to use it.
Food was excellent in Galley. Loved the Bento box area with fruit at breakfast and sushi later. I took a box of fruits to fridge in cabin ...
I am always open to new adventures thought I would try a small 4 day on this ship.
we usually travel on Silversea Seabourn Hapag Lloyd and Princess.
I tried 6 weeks ago to book any specialty restaurant
it just was not happening so was told to do on board
I am travelling with 3 others all in sea balcony deck 11.
first night we managed Extra Virgin

We have cruised on many ships and love to try different cruise lines.
Resilient Lady was great for a four day from Sydney, suits us.
We found the staff to be exceptional, always friendly and helpful, prompt in serving and response to any request.
A special shout out to our cabin attendants Joshua and Jam, were there within minutes to comply with requests for hair dryer (not in cabin) ...
to see what virgin was like
bars have no atmosphere, not much service
internet was good and handy, the APP worked good for us,some people strggled with their phone not loading to the ship,s APP?
question did you travel with children,it's a virgin cruise (no)

The unlimited selection of food which often changed each day was amazing. Food options open till 2 am made it very convenient all cruise long. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool size and areas were underwhelming (not large enough). There was no map to follow along the journey particularly when the internet wouldn’t allow for such tracking. Overall an amazing experience, would ...
I chose this cruise as I wanted to return to cruising after a long break with health issues and the pandemic. It offered an opportunity to revisit some ports which I hadn't seen for about half a century at a reasonable price. It was a good time to go, as it was outside school holidays, although the time of year meant that in the tropical locations visited there was a strong possibility of ...
This was our 10th cruise and the 7th one on Princess. We always wanted to visit the South Pacific but the long flights always stood in the way. We decided to just go for it and are so happy we did. This cruise was our 50th wedding anniversary cruise so we booked a full suite. The suite was worth every penny. Not just for the room, which was fabulous, but all the perks that come with being in a ...
We've cruised to the Pacific before and we have cruised with pre-pandemic Princess so this will be both an honest and (hopefully) informed review.
Overall I feel Majestic Princess hits its mark as a premium cruise line. There are some little oddities with the ship, primarily as a result of its designed for China past. I'll deal with those issues first. Yes it would be better with a wake pool; ...
Recently returned from our 13N Majestic Princess Sth Pacific cruise 10-23 Feb Sydney roundtrip. It was our first Princess cruise since 2017 & our 3rd cruise for the 23-24 season. I make some points:
- Embarking was very fast & we were soon on the ship after shuttle drop-off around noon, having a light lunch in the buffet before dropping our carry-on in our cabin.
- We had ...
All staff were very friendly.
What is not good? Almost zero outdoor, pool deck activity! Only once every two weeks some food or live music on the pool deck. No music anywhere when the show is on. Some harbors bad stops such as in Java. Excursion some ok, some just hours of bus drives. Worst: Horrible wifi! If you are not retired and need to work some online: Do not use Regent! They advertise ...
