Started off with an excellent transfer from the airport to the ship and embarkation with mother in a wheelchair. A birthday party that started badly with a three hour entry. A casacade dining experience where we couldnt sit with birthday group. Poor restuarant food so paid extra for dinners.

We were not disappointed with Radiance, despite it being billed as everyone's favourite ship. My preference is still Quantum class, however for a short break we were not disappointed.

We just got off an 8 day cruise on Radiance from Sydney. It was an ok cruise, but just run of the mill. Service was ok, but not great. We selected RCL because we’ve sailed with them in the past & liked the Sydney roundtrip to NZ itinerary. We felt the cruising would be relaxing & a good change from our earlier busy Australian driving adventure.
