I chose the cruise for the port of calls and being a new Ship.What I found was this cruise is for the over 70's and disabled .Many of the crew members were enjoying guest services.the older people were hogging all the facilities and were a pain to walk past or get a seat anywhere.

First.. treated horribly by customer service. Received letter on 4th day, demanding that we go down before the end of day, because according to them, the credit card was declined. I paid everything cash and was able to make several withdrawals from their ATM machine using the same card that according to them was declined. The Filipino Manager was extremely rude.

Yes the ship is new and big but that does'nt make a ship good it had the most boring entertainment like two people playing violins no rock and roll it just was'nt a upbeat and a happy atmosphere compared to other ships ive been on. Our steward could not do enough for us!
All wait staff were very friendly and polite.
Our disembarkation was smooth and they allowed me to go on via disabled access with my walker, but only after I asked.

I chose princess as I had previously cruised with them in 2013 on the ruby princess by far the most amazing cruise I have ever done. I loved the itinerary and have always wanted to cruise with Princess up to the barrier reef.
