Overall, and based on this cruise, I would say Princess’ standards are slipping. There are minor cut backs chipping away around the edges of what used to be a premium cruise line, perhaps due to the struggling parent company.

So the major issue with this cruise was the poor attitude and service from the staff. Entertainment apart from main shows is third rate.
Food is bland and cheap.
