Booked Oceania as it was deemed to be the next level of luxury up from the standard lines (as the price would also encourage you to believe). Ship is nicely decorated, but nothing that special - pretty standard. Service is excellent, this is one well trained staff. This cruise line is pretending to be close to first class. First the management and officers are pathetically uninterested in passengers. I dealt with one who could not sell $5 for $4.
