Interesting experience - but you have to take the good with the bad

This was my 4th Star Clipper cruise and I knew the drill and what to expect. Had inside cabin 218 which is bunk bed and basically a closet but for one person I used the upper bunk as storage. .We chose to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary on Star Flyer. The real let down was our cabin no.301 (300 would be the same). So small, only suitable for one person. Had to get out of bed at the bottom as bed fixed both sides. Bed was comfortable but difficult getting out as there was a metre drop to the floor. Quite dangerous at night! I had a wonderful crossing on the Flyer in Oct. 2015 and booked early to secure a good cabin this year. Overall, there was no comparison with last year.

Be in no doubt this is a beautiful ship. This was our third voyage with them this year. We did one last year and we have another to come in 2016.
On the other hand we may not book any more.
Only vague thought seems to have been given to the ports of call on this trip.
