Chose this cruise because it was a new vessel and we wanted to sail the upper Mississippi. Instead of leaving from St. Louis we were bused to another city and sat for several hours. This American Duchess should never have sailed; the trip was completely disorganized. Crew were all new and didn't know what to do, furniture was missing in the cabin. The cabin wasn't cleaned.
