Chose this cruise because it was a new vessel and we wanted to sail the upper Mississippi.
Instead of leaving from St. Louis we were bused to another city and sat for several hours.
This American Duchess should never have sailed; the trip was completely disorganized.

This was a brand new vessel that was sailing from New Orleans to Red Wing, Minnesota.
We were interested in the shore excursions of which 3 did not take place.
Our cabin was missing furniture, closet hangers, the thermostat did not work and only
