I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite. Our first cruise in 30 years and had a great experience overall. We were dropped off at the port terminal and an attendant checked our bags immediate.
