Our cruise left Fort Lauderdale on March 6th, 2020 and on the morning of March 7th we found ourselves at a dock in Miami apparently so we could offload the corpse of a guest who chose to rapidly ascend several decks without the benefit of an elevator and landed on a lifeboat. Boarding:
Not an ideal situation. The evening before our departure we received notice that due to norovirus our boarding would be delayed. Good news is we were getting a nice clean ship!
They did NOT, however, delay departure. So when we arrived, hours later than scheduled, we had a LONG, LONG, LONG, and hot line.
At least our room was ready when we got to the end of the line.

Inflated prices for what you get, and outrageous cover charges for for any else. Noisy Cabin, door slamming most of the day and evenings. Had a bad excursion and the Officers on board could not resolve it, and did not honor what they offered to compensate. Our cabin had mold around the frame. Food was terrible (comparing to other Carnival ships). Overall the ship was dirty. Water and coffee had an algae/earthy taste as filters are not changed in the dispensing machines. French fries were always black due to old burnt oil. Be ware of the scams in the fun shop.
