The ship appearance, crew attitude, pianist performance were great. The theater we visited once. There were long lines to get in.
We were not too impressed with the variety of food in the cafeteria (World cafe). They also did not extend lunch beyond 2:30 on port days, so you missed the main lunch then. The hamburger counter had to be used instead if you took an excursion.

This was our third attempt to do this with Celebrity...COVIDS caused the cruise to be canceled year after year. We lifted and shifted our reservations, with Celebrity being quite amenable after a bit of balking. This was our first cruise with Oceania. We have sailed many other lines before, but this was the smallest, most luxury ship we have sailed, and there were things we loved and things we didn't. We had a Concierge balcony.

We were in a mini suite on Dolphin deck …we had water ingress through the balcony after rain but Mr Fixit came with his trolley and repairs were done asap . Well done! This was a fantastic package deal for Australian cruises! Embarkation was an absolute disaster standing in the sun for well over 2 and a half hours with no shade or water or explanation given. This was our fourth HAL cruise in the Asia-Pacific region and we enjoyed it. Westerdam has been refitted in recent years and the ship was in very good shape.
