Despite cool damp weather the quality of the young boat and its staff was obvious. Our cabin, port side, going down river kept its view when alongside. Infinity was the only ship visiting the ports we wanted to explore. It was a wonderful cruise to discover Spain and Portugal and much better than the train or flying. The Celebrity Infinity is an older ship but is maintained well and the cleaning staff are first rate. Stateroom: we had a prime oceanview cabin. Due to high water levels we started our cruise on the Scenic Ruby from Budapest. We joined the Scenic Crystal in Rudesheim. We we were therefore able to compare the two ships. Ruby is older but basically the same as Crystal except Crystal has Deluxe Balcony rooms which we had booked. The Ruby was in better condition than Crystal. Crystal had ripped and stained carpets.
