Excitedly boarded Celebrity Equinox today. We booked Concierge level room with the Indulge upgrade package. We have been sailing ?rc the last three cruises this past year, but the last two had numerous issues.
First issue was our room key did not state that we had the “Indulge” drink package. So, when we went to order drinks, the server couldn’t take our order without charging our room. We also ...
We chose this cruise because we were celebrating my parents 50th Anniversary and they didn't want to fly so out of LA we have two options, Carnival or RCCL. Having cruised Carnival many times I suggested RCCL thinking / knowing it would be a better fit. All I can say is that I was very underwhelmed by everything on this cruise. I was on this same cruise the end of January and had a great time, ...
The whole thing began very badly, nearly deadly in fact. Within two hours of boarding we ate at the Windjammer, where apparently the chef puts cracked pepper in EVERYTHING. I have an anaphylactic response to peppercorns. There was no warning that it was in the food. It is a rare allergy but still, cracked pepper nor peppercorns belong in every dish. I tried something there a second time (pasta ...
The Paradise ship is very outdated, not ADA compliant in all areas and has an awful odor. (Smelled like wet dog or throw up). I was VERY disappointed! This was on my 82 yr old mom’s bucket list so you can imagine my dissatisfaction. The dinners each night were ok but nothing to brag about. Very small portions and seconds were not offered. The excursions are pricey and not anything special. ...
Just returned from 4 night cruise to Cozumel on the Valor from New Orleans. This was my 4th Carnival cruise. The 1st 3 were wonderful but I was very disappointed with this one. I’m a 45y/o woman traveling with 3 teenagers celebrating their high school graduation.
My biggest complaint was the lack of air conditioning in our cabin. We were on the 8th deck with a balcony. We noticed the heat as ...

My husband and I were on 6 day western Caribbean Explorer of the Sea cruise that departed from Miami June 5. Overall, nice, good entertainment and hard working room and dining crews.
The huge disappointment came from Jamaica Falmouth, where they canceled our excursion of choice to Rose Hall, after an hour of waiting, and offered Go Native excursion instead. By that ...
While the actual cruise was very good, i was apalled when i arrived at terminal 3 in tampa and saw the hundreds of passengers crowded into the terminal with no distance and about 1/3 (if that, and that included the staff) wearing masks and that was for the 11:00 am arrival time. How did that time frame be for all the people that were in the terminal?
While i do realize that we now do not have ...
We decided to go on this Cruise as a family ,nine of us went together, the ship was not what we expected there was not really much to do they did have some shows and things but for the most part while we were on the water it was boring they did offer a lot of food but the food in the dining room and in the buffet area honestly was kind of nasty some of it was good but a lot of it was not very good ...
I selected this cruise as a getaway. It wasn't long, and it wasn't exotic, but it did push me into Diamond Plus territory.
Navigator of the Seas is running three day / four day cruises out of Los Angeles to Ensenada and Catalina Island. I selected a four night cruise. Balcony staterooms were not available when I booked, but I put in a minimal bid for one from their RoyalUp offer, and scored ...
Our cruise on the Navigator of the Seas took place at the end of May in 2022. The cruise was booked as a way to get out of town and cruise again after waiting way too long for other cruises that had been cancelled on us. I am normally a bigger fan of NCL than Royal, but my wife prefers Royal. We only live about 25 miles from the port and have cruised out of there on multiple occasions. We are ...
