So much to dislike, I don't know where to start. Embarkation took 2 1/2 hours and then we arrived in our suite to find another passenger's bags and clothes in the wardrobe. My bag could not be located and finally we found it in the held luggage room some 5 hours later. Nobody could tell us why.
