As Diamond members who have had numerous cruises with Royal Caribbean, we were anticipating a Quantum cruise to be the best ever. We were greatly disappointed. So much to dislike, I don't know where to start. Embarkation took 2 1/2 hours and then we arrived in our suite to find another passenger's bags and clothes in the wardrobe.
