When my partner and I cruised the Caribbean on Oasis last year - we were so excited had a great time that we decided to book a second cruise - on the new Ovation of the seas
The ship itself is wonderful. It is large, modern, great decor, casino is well organised, and the two-seventy area is magnificent. They even had a sports bar that’s always open for games - unlike the Oasis.

I was excited to do this cruise because it was going to Asia where I’d never been before. I thoroughly enjoyed Singapore and would like to visit again sometime. We arrived on ship and settled in our cabins. Unfortunately I found the cabin quite noisy at night. We could hear the toilets being flushed and people walking in the corridor, this disturbed our sleep.

.This was the last leg of our 41 days of cruising on the Ovation. My wife and I grew very fond of the ship, on this being our last cruise, we really hated to go.
Found the food and dining in the main dining areas of Chic and Grande was excellent.

The whole time we were on board we were bombarded with the benefits of using Royal Caribbean’s excursions. We were ‘Blackmailed’ into using their excursions by being told we could not get off the boat in time to see the Seoulunless we used heir transport which was proven to be wrong once we docked, some people even cancelled pre-booked trips on the strength of what we were told. We had several issues in this trip but the ones that really worth a review are the food and the shore excursions. This was by far the worst food I've ever experienced on a ship, it's not only way below RCCL standards, but it's below any cruise line standards as well. The ship is too big. I have sailed about 26 times on Celebrity and 3 times on Royal Caribbean. It took us WAY too long to embark. It was unorganized and mismanaged.

We chose this cruise because our friends we sailed with were told it is a fantastic cruise. The cruise started very badly in Singapore. We were informed to be at the ship by 1230 hrs which we were but unfortunately we were still sitting around the boarding area at 1600 hours. We are familiar with cruises and have always loved them. But his was very disappointing for a number of reasons.
1. They charge $8 for room service breakfast... bummer!
2. The sign-in in Singapore was horribly unorganized.
