I have had communication with three different SilverSea travel advisors —all of whom promised to follow up and refund a portion of our costs to compensate for a terrible cruise experience. None of them did so I am taking this to the public forum in the hopes it dissuades others from booking on a cruise line that doesn’t give a fig about its clientele.
