The standout of Silver Muse was the room and most of the waitstaff. We had the Silver Suite on the 10th floor and it was very spacious. It could easily accommodate 3 people if you had a child traveling with you. Our butler, maid and the waitstaff in many of the restaurants were excellent. While not completely awful, I don't think any of us would ever go on a Silversea cruise again. It was totally unorganized with management not really knowing how to do anything. Reception gave varying answers to the same questions, sometimes giving totally wrong information in the first place.
