Silversea Mexican Riviera Cruise Reviews

I choose this cruise as I had travelled with Silversea before and it was reasonable/OK. This cruise was hell. No champagne on arrival, chaos, lifts broken and generally disorganised. Did not see butler for the first 26 hours, so no drinks I wished to drink in my minibar.
