The title was chosen since the Silversea cruise could be divided into two parts from Barcelona to Funchal and then the trip to Fort Lauderdale. The Twice part is an ending comparison with the two Atlantic crossings this year, the Spring one on the Seabourn Pride and the Silver Spirit.

Overall Assessment--Supremely Satisfying Trip.
This is my first attempt at a cruise review, so inadequacies may be obvious. Embarcation in Barcelona was seamless. Silversea accommodated us as we had arrived early due to a mistiming of our taxi.So full marks there

We embarked in Barcelona at around 2pm and were in our stateroom with 15 minutes of getting on the ship. Wonderful freindly reception from quayside to cabin.
The stateroom was midship veranda and beautifully laid out with ample storage (more than we have had on any other cruise line). Really neat ideas like the mirrors which 'secretly' housed the tvs in the bedroom and sitting area. Full ...
