They need to supply tea making facilities in cabin. Butler service is about 30 mins for a cuppa. Had problems with water not being hot enough for cup of tea with room service and in restaurants. First time sailing Silver Seas. (Silver Spirit) It lived up to its billing. Almost everything was right, and when it wasn't it was appropriately addressed. Entertainment and Activities abord the ship were more (high quality talent) than anticipated.

We arrived in Stockholm but Lufthansa lost our 2 checked bags. Reminded why we rarely check. Fortunately we had most of our things in carry on. While inquiring about bags we missed our bus to ship. Nice cruise with rough weather. Ship was great as was staff. Excursions ok but extra so added quite a bit to the cost of the trip. Spent a lot of time cruising so excursion time was limited. SilverSea's greatest advantage over Crystal would be in the size of their all-suite accommodations.
