Joined the ship at Venice, sail away through Venice was just amazing. Ship was beautiful, spotless with a great ambience. Cabin 833 - fantastic central location with an amazing butler. Enjoyed all the restaurants except Seishin which we didn't try. All were great. We especially enjoyed Le Champagne. We were lucky to have 2 members of the Bolshoi ballet on board and enjoyed Giselle and the ...
It is our third cruise with Silversea and we very much enjoyed the cruise, as on the previous opportunities.
The cabines are spacious, with varanda.
The service is the best point of the cruise: butler, room attendant, attendants at the restaurants and pool.
Shows are top: the dancers from Bolshoi offered an incredible experience. The six young people (dancers , singers ) should also be ...
AFTER 14 years of Mass Market Cruising I was given the opportunity to step out of the box and sail a luxury line. I did a lot of research and found SIlversea and I am so glad It exceeded expectations. Small ship, (500 pax range). Food, service, entire ambiance is just awesome. Cabins are large and comfortable. BIG Walk In closet and BIG bathroom.
Nice size balcony too. Oh, the towels......I ...
Silversea is one of the premier cruise lines BUT they have put their bottom line before their sterling reputation.
Every document relating to Wi-Fi states "Complementary Wi Fi Throughout The Ship". Then you get on the ship and find out its limited to one free hour per person per day. Totally misleading and unacceptable.
Also they have a charity that they run that I am sure is a ...
This cruise went to places that we had never visited before. Having Silverseas handle all the transportion made for a more relaxing trip. Our Cruise Director, Moss was one of the best we've had in over a dozen cruises. Our only dissappointment was the limited number of speakers and other onboard activities which we were told was becasue there were not sea days. Still think there should be more as ...
Our friends, who are regulars, asked us to try a cruise with them and what a fabulous time we had. We appreciated the smaller ship and of course all the amenities. The crew was wonderful from the very outset and having a butler to supply anything we wanted, was a real highlight. The food was wonderful and we had such a great time poolside at The Grill, that we ate there 3 times in a week. ...
This was my 23rd cruise as a single with Silversea and my 9th cruise on Silver Spirit since its debut in 2009.although I have cruised with other lines I have always much enjoyed cruises with Silversea and the superb service together with top class food and a very friendly efficient, professional crew.
I boarded smoothly and quickly at Civitavecchia and the first week visited Livorno,Monte ...
Silverseas cruise line is one of our favorite and our recent cruise on the Silver Spirit once again was proof to us of Silverseas excellence. Our Mediterranean cruise from 5/31/17 thru June 7th 2017 provided us with a lifetime of memory and the crew of Silverseas played a major role in ensuring a memorable time. Our vacation started out rocky due to a mishap with British Airways meltdown and lost ...
We chose this cruise for the itinerary but, this specific week, because of the weekend watching the Grand Prix in Monoco.
We began in Barcelona, a city we were anxious to see. We enjoyed seeing all the Gaui buildings but La Sagrada Familia was truly a work of art. It is a reason, in itself, to come to Barcelona. Cannes, even with all the crowds for the film festival, is a beautiful ...
Since it was my first time in a cruiser, I find it difficult to make a comparison.
Our butler Dorothy and our room service Hilda were perfect. They did their best to make us comfortable and to meet our wishes. Other crew members were also friendly and easy to talk to.
Two of the 8 restaurants onboard did not meet our expectations and we went only once in each. The other ones were ...
