The ports on this cruise were fabulous. Even though it was cold for the first few weeks, it was well worth going.
The crew on Westerdam are some of the best I've come across on any HAL ship. ALL of them were wonderful.

40th wedding anniversary thought it would be a wonderful treat but it was very disappointing ship old, cabin tired in need of refurbishment. Fresh linen everyday but the towels small and grey, bathrobes I’ve seen better in a charity shop.

Went on a far east cruise on the Celebrity Constellation.
Firstly, our taxi didn't turn up to take us to the hotel for our overnight stay. When asking anyone from Celebrity Cruises they couldn't help us as they couldn't speak English. (we werent the only ones this happened to)

Original ship boarding time was 2pm. Princess sent out notice of 3hr delay because of Chinese Fingerprinting of passengers. Sent out 2nd delay for 2hr because of Fog & late arrival. We arrived at terminal at 5pm to find about 2500 people stuffed into terminal waiting. They finally started boarding the "Elites" around 7pm, and we started about 8pm..
