Horrific cabin noise made jumping overboard an option. Almost.

Review for a Asia Cruise on Seabourn Sojourn

We were on the Seabourn Sojourn with friends who were in suite 737. Their cruise was ruined by the constant loud noises from the patio bar on deck 8 above their suite. It ruined our cruise as well since our traveling companies were so upset. We visited their room to hear for ourselves. If it were my room I would have considered jumping overboard. Otherwise a very nice cruise. Seabourn does a ...

First, we found the Millenium completely satisfactory, much the same as it was on our first cruise in 2009 in Australia. One need not worry about the condition of the ship. If one looks, you can see some rust or cracks here or there, but it is generally well-maintained and clean. Our overall rating for this cruise would be higher if it were not for a completely unsatisfactory embarkation ...

We took the hotel private transport to the pier but was not allowed to be dropped off at the terminal itself. The guards wanted us to stop at the gate. Eventually, we 'negotiated' our passage and were allowed to drive all the way into the terminal for drop off. Embarkation in Shanghai was smooth although we were delayed for quite a bit. There was not enough signs around to show directions. ...

Millennium Shanghai to Vancouver – Our Suite Class Experience To put this review into perspective, we originally booked the 2104 sailing of this cruise [two years in advance] but Celebrity charted the ship and we re-booked for this year. It was our 10th Celebrity cruise [13th overall] and would complete our “World Cruise”. All but our first cruise have been in higher-end suites and after our ...

We are seniors from Florida with some mobility problems. Since we are Elite Plus, that shows that we've done a lot of travelling with Celebrity. Incidentally, the only added "plus" that Elite Plus over Elite seems to offer is unlimited cappuccinos and lattes, and since neither one of us drinks coffee, we were less than impressed. We strongly agree with a previous reviewer about the staffing, ...

I was rally looking forward to this cruise from shanghai to Vancouver . Meant to be the trip of a lifetime. Our trip started really well with a good flight to Shanghai and two lovely days there in agood hotel. But the cruise started really badly with a 2 1/2 hour wait to get on board the ship after half an hour through customs. So many people crowded in a very stuffy passage with no air or water ...
