This cruise ship was not worth the money. They also could care less about cancelled flights and transportation which is included in your package. Horrible customer service. Food was average. We went with our daughter and her family on this Alaska cruise. Alaska was wonderful, Royal Caribbean was terrible. I booked two back to back cruises going for 30 days from Seward, AK to Hong Kong, but ended up disembarking in Hiroshima 11 days earlier, because I could not stand the ship food anymore as well as the change in itinerary. The embarkation and disembarkation was great. Went smoothly. The Room Steward was fabulous. As for the rest of the cruise I would never do NCL again.
