This cruise ship was not worth the money. They also could care less about cancelled flights and transportation which is included in your package. Horrible customer service. Food was average. Alaska is beautiful and I recommend any one to see it. We did a land and sea (12 day) with NCL. The sights were great but we were very disappointed with the regular tardiness on due to staff of NCL. We went with our daughter and her family on this Alaska cruise. Alaska was wonderful, Royal Caribbean was terrible. We have traveled on many cruises, but this was our first Royal Caribbean cruise (and Last). Royal Caribbean does their remodeling during their active cruise trips. Shocking! I booked two back to back cruises going for 30 days from Seward, AK to Hong Kong, but ended up disembarking in Hiroshima 11 days earlier, because I could not stand the ship food anymore as well as the change in itinerary. I wished I could have disembarked earlier, but I could not do it because of a Typhoon that hit Japan.

The embarkation and disembarkation was great. Went smoothly. The Room Steward was fabulous. As for the rest of the cruise I would never do NCL again. The Dining was poor, food quality was not good, barely warm, the waiters had the don't care attitude in all restaurants. We did do the LeBistro and had a nice meal. Not many activities on ship as compared to other cruises. Food ( chicken) served was under cooked. Restaurant manager told me that some one would reach out to us. No one contacted. The pre-cruise land tour spent most of its time figuring out how to fill time instead of showing us the sights. The guide was less than knowledgeable.
