Beautiful and well maintained boat. The employees were friendly and helpful. The ship is amazing, beautiful and easy to navigate around. Spent a fair amount of time at Galileo's bar which was fun and the drinks were great. Best dinner at Prime 7, small filet and crab legs were delicious. Compass Rose was also good, but the evening dinner at Setti Mari was a disappointment. Did not make ...

This is our third cruise on the Navigator. Each one has been fantastic. The food is excellent, the staff efficient and friendly and the cabins very clean and comfortable. The staff are as attentive as ever and nothing is too much trouble for them. Over the three cruises we have found that on the whole the excursions which are included are really good. The advantage of Regent Seven Seas is that ...

Just returned from 7 nights on Regent Navigator, our first with Regent. First the good points - the food is excellent, the theatre is large and the entertainment was generally high standard (apart from the dismally named 'Krew Kapers' which was as bad as it sounds) and it's really good that all the trips are included as are all drinks and gratuities. Now for the not so good. The transfer from ...

This was our first cruise and it could not have been more beautiful. We were treated like royalty the entire trip and wanted for nothing. We felt completely spoiled. Yes is was a smaller ship but that was the fun of it. Everything was more personal and the crew from top to bottom all tried to please. The only naysayers we encountered were a very few snobs with a sense of arrogance and ...

6-10 Cruises

Age 60s

First, let me say we WERE loyal Regent cruisers and have introduced two other couples to the Regent experience. This time, we were disappointed and embarrassed because Regent's charm and allure has gone downhill. We spent almost $12,000 for this 10-day cruise and frankly, that was too much money for what we got in return. First of all, the Navigator was shabby and threadbare in many areas. The ...

Hello, we are Jim (72) and Kathryn (65) from the San Francisco Bay Area reporting on our first cruise roundtrip from Miami to the Western Caribbean. So, there was cross-country flying involved and several nights at the Four Seasons Miami (which, by the way, was mighty fine). We eschewed the Regent air and hotel offerings as they were insufficiently attractive which was surprising considering the ...

This is a second re-write of my original draft. I have read many reviews here on cruise critic. Some so negative, I think to myself, there is nothing that would have satisfied that OP. Had I posted the original, you would have all thought the same. I will try to be as fair and objective as possible, considering the circumstances. First note that my husband and I met and married while working for ...

After cruised with Regent many times, we were looking forward to our western Caribbean "snorkel" cruise. After we paid our final payment, the excursions started to be cancelled. Before we even left for Miami, two snorkel trips were cancelled and our hotel was changed three times. Once on board, we discovered that the navigator was an old ship that vibrated and rattled and on the open ocean was ...

Our first Regent cruise was on "Voyager" in June 2014. We enjoyed it so much that we booked this one from Miami to Cozumel, Roatan and Belize. At first, we were disappointed with "Navigator." The warm, empathetic personal care we got on "Voyager" seemed to be lacking. Staff seemed very task-oriented, and not very personal-service-oriented. I mentioned this to the gentleman in charge of this area, ...
