Fabulous itinerary on the friendliest ship in the Regent family

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Seven Seas Navigator

We have travelled many times with Regent, we have been on all their ships except for Grandeur. We picked this trip for the itinerary alone and were a little apprehensive having more recently sailed on Splendor and Explorer, that Navigator would seem too small now and a little lacking without the fabulous Pacific Rim or the French restaurant. We need not have worried. What Navigator might lack ...

Not quite 6 star

We chose this cruise mainly for the itinerary, which unfortunately changed several times. some of which i could understand and others not so much. The Navigator is a small ship and is quite an old lady, but saying that we had a great time onboard with a great crew and really nice fellow passengers. The food choice was the largest I have ever seen aboard any ship and was mostly very good with ...

I was invited by a group of travelers who get together and go somewhere every year. I was excited about going on this cruise mostly because I wanted to cruise up the East coast and Canada and had never sailed with Regent. We all booked veranda/suites 16 in total. The ship was small in comparison, well maintained and clean. The staff from the Captain down was very friendly, accessible and ...

We took this cruise because of the ports and the unique itinerary, sailing from Miami to Montreal. We were excited because the excursions were included, so we didn’t have to arrange them ourselves. Before the ship left Miami, the Great Stirrup Cay port was cancelled, as well as Fernandina Beach, and Freeport, Bahamas and Jacksonville, FL were substituted. Freeport was a rundown port, and the ...

RSSC trumps Silversea?

We'd booked this well in advance after we had such a great experience on SS in June, 2022 in the Baltic - so, the anticipation was a long time in building. We're glad to say that it met or exceeded our expectations. The Navigator IS an older ship, which you may not notice most of the time; but when you're in the lower decks, including the Compass Rose dining room, the shakes and rattles are very ...

We had not sailed with Regent since the covid outbreak. This was our 5th sailing with them, second time on the Navigator. We were shocked. Every Luxury, high end detail had been lowered, from the wine, liquor (did not even have everyday liquors, like Grand Marnier in stock), to the food. All management on board would listen to your complaints and problems, said they would take care of it, ...

Well below usual Regent Standard.

We chose this cruise as a 70 birthday present to each other. 26 night cruise including the Amazon. Booked a conceige cabin, so had a pre- cruise hotel. Lovely room but stuck in a residential area, long queue to check and poor luke warm breakfast. Never had such a long wait to board, even had a wait to even join the queue. The poorest standard cabin, I have had on a cruise ship. Cracked, chipped ...

This was our first time on Regent and it will be our last. The original cruise that we wanted filled up, so we chose this cruise based on Regent's reputation for being an "ultra Luxury" cruise line and we like the smaller ships. The Navigator: This ship was built in the early 1990's. It's loud and vibrates 24/7. I assume from the age, that it doesn't have the newest technology as far as ...

We looked forward to this trip with great anticipation. While the itinerary was not particularly appealing, the proximity to home was and we decided to go for it. The Excellent: - Our butler, who was wonderful and made the entire trip special. - Embarkation and parking, both easy and quick. - Staff, overall, was exceptional with a few notable exceptions not in keeping with the overall ...

Friendly Crew, Nice Guests, Old Ship

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Seven Seas Navigator

We are a young 70s couple with 10 Seabourn cruises and several Silver Seas and Tauck cruises under our belt. We chose this cruise pretty much because it was available with a superior suite (Navigator Suite) when Seabourn was sold out. Also, Regent sports itself as "Ultra Luxury" so we though we would give it a try. First the pre-night hotel stay. The Hilton was awful! Pretty beach but ...
