We took this transatlantic cruise from Lisbon to New York for two reasons. Our first cruise 16 years ago was on the Navigator so we wanted to revisit the ship. Previous cruises with Seabourn and Regent Mariner. Very disappointed, inconsistent quality of service in the Compass Rose, dismissive concierge staff and a Captain who is rarely visible and walks past passengers ignoring them. We chose this cruise as there were ports and islands we had not visited before. Our overnight stay in Venice was good and embarkation as normal but the suites weren't ready until mid afternoon.
