Lovely 15 night cruise

Review for a Bermuda Cruise on Seven Seas Navigator

Despite missing Bermuda and adding a day in New York and an extra sea day, this cruise was very nice. The service was excellent. The tours were well organized. Embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly. The food is good and well presented. We had not been on the Navigator since it was refurbished and thought the decor overall was very pleasant. Tea time was poorly attended which we found ...

Excellent Vacation

Beautiful and well maintained boat. The employees were friendly and helpful. The ship is amazing, beautiful and easy to navigate around. Spent a fair amount of time at Galileo's bar which was fun and the drinks were great. Best dinner at Prime 7, small filet and crab legs were delicious. Compass Rose was also good, but the evening dinner at Setti Mari was a disappointment. Did not make ...

Top Notch Again!

This is our third cruise on the Navigator. Each one has been fantastic. The food is excellent, the staff efficient and friendly and the cabins very clean and comfortable. The staff are as attentive as ever and nothing is too much trouble for them. Over the three cruises we have found that on the whole the excursions which are included are really good. The advantage of Regent Seven Seas is that ...

Only snobs would complain

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Seven Seas Navigator

This was our first cruise and it could not have been more beautiful. We were treated like royalty the entire trip and wanted for nothing. We felt completely spoiled. Yes is was a smaller ship but that was the fun of it. Everything was more personal and the crew from top to bottom all tried to please. The only naysayers we encountered were a very few snobs with a sense of arrogance and ...

Our first Regent cruise was on "Voyager" in June 2014. We enjoyed it so much that we booked this one from Miami to Cozumel, Roatan and Belize. At first, we were disappointed with "Navigator." The warm, empathetic personal care we got on "Voyager" seemed to be lacking. Staff seemed very task-oriented, and not very personal-service-oriented. I mentioned this to the gentleman in charge of this area, ...

I traveled on the Regent Seven Seas Navigator as a family of 6. Two out of the six were first time cruisers, and I was one of the two. We were all extremely spoiled by the whole experience and very pleased overall. The food on the ship was always top notch and cooked to your liking. If there was anything you did not like for any reason, or if something was not cooked the way you like it, simply ...

The Never-Ending Pursuit of Perfection: Not This Time

After a four year break from our last Regent cruise (Voyager just before conversion to all-inclusive format), we sailed with much apprehension on Navigator. After having read reviews of excessive vibration, brown water, and inadequate public space, as well as individual stories of service gone wrong, we expected little from the “old Russian ship in disrepair”. While we didn’t, by any means, ...

First Time On Regent Mostly Good

Some negatives but mostly a great time. Negatives out of the way first. The Navigator does have some mild to moderate vibration issues, particularly near the stern. Fifth deck suites also experience some mild vibration issues. The air conditioning was not working in our cabin on the day of embarkation, but maintenance came right away, checked it, and assured us it would cool the room by evening, ...

GREAT CRUISE IN SPITE OF VIBRATION!

This was our second cruise with RSSC, our first with Navigator, and our 12th in all. The staff were the highlight - they were friendly and efficient, helpful and great fun too! Everything about the ship was great except that we also (like other reviews) had problems with the vibration in our cabin. The flight to the cruise was a nightmare - we were travelling from the UK via Newark and were ...

Best Cruise We have EVER done!

What a wonderful cruise! From Start to Finish, we were more than impressed. Our cabin was clean and very tidy (JackieLou was our Stewardess) and Joshua , our butler, was a perfect gem! This is probably easiest in bullet form, so here goes. Cabin: Always kept very well and every wish was granted at once. I asked for decaf tea bags( I brought my own water bottles to mix the tea in) and they were ...
