Do not waste your money. You take a cruise to see things. Excursions cancelled, brochure makes it sound fabolous, not true in descriptions. Food is not that flavorful. Buffet - many times bowls were empty, very slow in getting soft drinks or drinks, all the food in every restaurant taste the same. I would rate them a little higher but a month after a Regent's canceled tour which I was to be refunded on my credit card, getting a round around. Lot's of promise but no refund a month later.

Regents’ overwhelming message, its Corporate Mission Statement is, I believe, is “ Boy are you lucky we let you sail with US. Really lucky, and don’t you ever forget it.”

We just returned from our voyage from Alaska and I have to say it was very disappointing. We have been on 3 other Regent Cruises and all have been excellent. The management in the dining areas treated us terribly. If you did not make reservations two months prior to the cruise you had to eat at the same restaurant almost every night. It was pretty boring. They are extremely rigid and unaccommodating.
