This was our 1st 11 day cruise. We really had no expectations, but the staff and crew pleasantly surprised us. Always smiling. Always a friendly hello. Always helpful. They came across as enjoying our company, and worked well together.

Went to southern Caribbean to several islands never been before. Embarking was so easy and smooth. Being a Diamond tier cruiser disembark was a disaster.
