This was our 1st 11 day cruise. We really had no expectations, but the staff and crew pleasantly surprised us. Always smiling. Always a friendly hello. Always helpful. They came across as enjoying our company, and worked well together. The crew/county scavenger hunt was a great, fun family activity! Loved the spa and thermal suite. And the gym. The classes and activities were great for ...

We love going on longer cruises because we like to get to know people and the crew. The crew was fantastic and very helpful with everything! The food was great in the Main Dining room and ok in the Windjammer. The wheelchair accessible cabin was perfect for my wheelchair bound husband. He had plenty of room in the bathroom to be able to use the sink while remaining in his wheelchair. He loved ...

Went to southern Caribbean to several islands never been before. Embarking was so easy and smooth. Being a Diamond tier cruiser disembark was a disaster. Finally got off the ship at 10am in ft Lauderdale. All the crew members were so friendly and helpful in directions, answering questions. Never used the MDR instead used the Windjammer everyday. Good food and service. Activities onboard were ...

First off let me say we have cruised over 35 times with different cruise lines. Royal Caribbean has always been our favorite though and they did not disappoint this time. We are Diamond Members with RC so it takes a lot to impress us. From the food, to the service to the entertainment everything met or exceeded our expectations. This was a 10 day cruise that left from Ft. Lauderdale and ...

We chose the cruise for the destinations. They were all stops we wanted to see. The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The ports were fun and excursions were great. The food was very good and we had more then enough choices. Everything was clean. The entertainment was great. The comedians had us laughing so hard and the dancers were very good. They made sure we were aware of all that was ...

Wanted to return to Bermuda (7-nights), love the repo (12 nights), and love the itinerary for the 10-night at the end. From Day 1 we felt that all crew provided beyond exceptional service! Everywhere on the ship we noted that Officers not only supervised service, but participated in every aspect in every location. Crew members were always cheerful, many got to know us over the 30 days we ...

Why I Love Royal Caribbean!

First, being a Boston resident, I am thrilled to board the Serenade close to home. I have done this sailing three times and have loved each one. The staff on the Serenade is wonderful. They will go the extra mile to get things done. The entertainment on the ship is diverse and upbeat. The ship was clean and shiny. The cruise director is full of energy and fun. Everyone has their own preferences ...

Different cruise line nice surprise

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Serenade of the Seas

My husband and I have traveled on Carnival since 1983 our first of 12 cruise on Carnival. When we saw that Serenade of the Seas went out of Boston ( we live about 20 Minutes from the Dock) we thought we would give it a try. I was excited to see a different cruise line and also a little scared that I wouldn't like it. While there were many differences between Royal Caribbean and Carnival they ...

Beautiful Bermuda

Review for a Bermuda Cruise on Serenade of the Seas

We choose this cruise because my daughter had never been to Bermuda. We stayed two nights at the Marriott Long Wharf in Boston and did a tour with Sam I Am. It was a terrific historical tour of Boston, Cambridge, and Lexington. We ate at Legal Seafood across from the hotel and the food was very good. We took an Uber to the port from the hotel and did not wait very long to get on the ship. We ...
