There were delays after delays its boading and disinbarking. The pillows and bedding were old and more then worn out. The pillows were hard flat rocks. All 4 of them. The itinerary is tempting and each location has plenty to see. However, do it with another cruise company. Royal Caribbean's crew on this ship has no care or concern for the pleasure of their guests or allowing for the easy resolution of problems encountered.
