My family of 7 booked this cruise about a year ago and were really looking forward to it. We got a 2-bedroom suite and all 7 of us stayed there together. Room number was 8668. We paid about $5,500.
Family consists of two adults, and 5 kids, ages ranging from 10-15. Two were un-vaccinated due to age (vaccine was not authorized for their age at the time)

The good, the bad and the ugly. I’m not a fan of this ship’s design. The centrum design lacks functionality. It doesn’t offer enough room for large crowds to enjoy the entertainment and it acts as a chimney for cigarette smoke to travel up to the upper floors and hallways. The entire pool deck at TV end couldnt be used due to all the replacement parts sitting all around & not able to have Dancing or evening affairs due to RC using the New Years cruise to replace TV, but it would be ready for next cruise who paid the same fare!! Took this cruise to relax and enjoy the Fall foliage. Beautiful color in each port. Especially liked Bar Harbor and Kennebunkport. Nice boardwalk in Nova Scotia. I was concerned about the food as many reviews indicated that the food was not good. We did not find that to be true at all.
I travelled with 3 other family members (all adults) and the suite was comfortable for 4. The tub is quite high for elderly travelers but, we knew that before we travelled and we were able to adjust.

We have done many cruises in and out of Boston. We have taken the Maine/Canada cruise on the Serenade three times, we enjoy the ship and decided to try Bermuda this year. We chose this review because of the new areas we have not been to. Ponce PR and Grenada. All in all we really enjoyed the cruise. The Pinnacle/Suite Concierge was very good and we really enjoyed the special party put on for Pinnacle/Suite Guests. It was so good to see Mario in the Diamond lounge again. First 11 night cruise. I was surprised at the number of scooters in use, as well as walkers and wheelchairs. Most of the users were very polite and also friendly but as usual there were a couple that were not very polite.
