The Magnifica crew provided Excellent service! I Chose to carry own luggage off ship however Debarking was very organized and quickly got off the ship in less than 15 minutes. First time on Norwegian stayed in The Haven. Highly recommend staying in The Haven even though it is not adults only. The ship was very crowded. It happened to be spring break time and there were A LOT of kids. Norwegian seems to be advertising and promoting families with kids/teens. Choose your week carefully. The excursions were okay. The Epic is by far the worst ship in the Norwegian line. This cruise it was loaded down with about 4300 passengers. I was totally incapable of accommodating this number of passengers.
