We have traveled four continents and 13 countries so far. Some more than once. My wife is a Horticulteralist, I am a Real Estate executive, and an elected (Port Commissioner) official. We traveled from Seattle (USA) by way of Reykjavik to Paris. We spent 3 days, 2 nights at a hotel in Kilometre zero when we arrived in Paris. Perfect location to start and finish each day. Once onboard, we realized again that there is nothing like sailing for days and hundreds of miles while bringing your full service hotel with you. Everything was perfect. A well trained crew, very engaging and entertaining. A large selection of day trips and tours. Very relaxing, almost forgot to go home. The ship was setup with WiFi, and onboard services to help in many ways, and was kept in immaculately clean condition. Our shore excursions were informative, entertaining, refreshing and kept the excitement of the travel alive. Our cabin was perfect, quiet, and clean. Dining was done to perfection at each meal, had plenty to eat and didn't gain a kilo. The deembarkment was fun and memorable as well. We are already planning our 2017 cruise with Croisi. Read Less

Overall the cruise on the Seine was very pleasant. The food was very good. We got a good bottle of wine on our table for dinner every night. We wished there was more "cruising" involved, but in actuality, the distance from Paris to Honfleur is not that great. My only real criticism was the lounge scene and the entertainment. For starters, it's nice to have a bartender with at least some personality. The person on our cruise had none. She was Russian and had the personality of a prison guard. I was almost getting afraid to ask her for a beer. The worst thing by far was the "entertainment". As a passenger, I was disappointed. As a musician, I was horrified. There was a Hungarian couple who had a fancy Roland keyboard that had pre-programmed music on it. He admitted to me that he could not play the piano. The girl had a guitar that she admitted she could not play. However, that didn't not stop them. They simply pressed a button to start playing one of their pre-programmed songs and, if you can believe this, they stood there and pretended to be playing the music. The girl actually held the guitar (which wasn't amplified, so you could not hear it even if she was playing) and pretended to play it. Also, like the bartender, they were completely lacking in personality. They never said a word to the audience, ever! Read Less
