Holland America use to have the best service and food that you could want. It has been downgraded so much it is sad. Now only the service remains a plus. The thing that topped off and overall bad cruise was a bogus charge of $70.21 for the use of our mini bar which we did not use. We attempted to have this charge reversed via our credit card company but HAL responded saying the the mini bar was not included in our drink package. We choose this cruise for the weather. We live in the high desert and cooler temps were beckening for this time of the year. We enjoyed the mid 70's to low 80's during the day and 50's at night. From check-in to disembarkation - RCCL Ovation is a great vacation that you won't forget. Grateful for the onboard covid measures as the staff constantly wearing masks, cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting.

Newly renovated ship and first cruise of season for the Puget Sound. Max passengers is 175 but we only had around 80 with over 6o crew! Our experience was 150% better than our last ACL cruise in 2021 on the Constitution. More staff, more cleaning, and better organized. A lot of excursions were offered at each port.
